How To Do Business With Futuregarden

To Place an Order
Futuregarden accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal orders placed online and over the phone (Call Us  @ 516-809-9590). We also accept mail orders paid by personal check or money order. If you prefer to place your order by mail, please use our online shopping cart to build your order and calculate applicable taxes and shipping costs. When you're done, click the link to print a completed order form to send along with your payment. Just follow the simple instructions that appear when you add items to your shopping cart.

The best way is to fill out the form located on our contact page, give us a detailed explanation when asking your question. You will receive a response within 24 hours. 

Please note: We have found that email is the best form of technical support for many reasons. Obviously, it helps keep our costs down, which we can pass along to you as savings on the latest garden gear. Email support also actually has advantages for you! It puts the situation in black and white so we can think it through carefully, and it gives you an answer you can archive and refer back to if necessary.

To Return a Product
Futuregarden Inc. makes every attempt to satisfy each of our customers. In the event you feel your purchase needs to be returned for an exchange or refund, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of receipt of shipment with an explanation, so we may issue you instructions for returning the merchandise.

Please  note:     only new, unused merchandise in original packaging with full documentation can be accepted as a return for refund or exchange. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and there is a 10% restocking fee on all items returned for refund. Return/refund requests made after 5 days of receipt of shipment can not be honored.  All e-mail help requests will be answered by a customer service representative within 24 hours.
