If you prefer to place your order by mail, please use our online shopping cart to build your order and calculate applicable taxes and shipping costs. When you're done, click the link to print a completed order form to send along with your payment. Just follow the simple instructions that appear when you add items to your shopping cart.

To Return a Product
Futuregarden Inc. makes every attempt to satisfy each of our customers. In the event you feel your purchase needs to be returned for an exchange or refund, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of receipt of shipment with an explanation, so we may issue you instructions for returning the merchandise.
Please note: only new, unused merchandise in original packaging with full documentation can be accepted as a return for refund or exchange. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and there is a 10% restocking fee on all items returned for refund. Return/refund requests made after 5 days of receipt of shipment can not be honored. All e-mail help requests will be answered by a customer service representative within 24 hours.
