Application
These sprayers create a well defined spray pattern over a wide range of operating pressures. Ideal for use with low pressure submersible and external pumps for aeroponic applications or with line pressure for overhead watering in the greenhouse. The pin nozzle sprayer can be inserted in any type of pipe with a minimum outside diameter of 3/4 in. The 2.8 mm nozzle will flow up to 77 GPH at 30 PSI with a 7 ft. spray diameter. Plastic seats ensure tight seal and ease of installation. We recommend use with 1/2 in. to 3/4 in. PVC pipe.Installation
Drill a 7/16 in. hole in pipe, insert plastic seat so that the countour rests on the curvature of the pipe. Screw sprayer into seat until finger tight.
Operation
Clean clogged sprayers by removing the pin to allow water pressure to eject blockage. Larger obstructions may be removed by unscrewing the top cap from sprayer allowing full access.
