These ultra high quality remote ballasts provide both HPS and MH spectrums and include (2) 15' detachable lamp cords and mogul sockets for use with your existing dual reflector (or two seperate reflectors). By combining both MH and HPS ballasts into one ballast enclosure, you save considerable money over purchasing a metal halide and high pressure sodium systems independently and your plants benefit from the most complete spectrum of Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) possible. Sunlight's Dual - 500W model is 250W HPS & 250W MH
